Twitch recap - March 2025 (and April!)
Yo this post is SUPER late!
On April 1st I flew to Japan for the first time, and didn’t get back until the 24th, have been pretty dang busy arranging things prior to the trip and then getting back to “real life” on our return.
If you didn’t see my thread on X, please go check it out we had quite the adventure! https://x.com/pursuitofloot/status/1906950371198578816
As a result, this post, the website as a whole and my Twitch stream aspirations went right out of the window for about 8 weeks. I only streamed 3 times in March and not once in April, so this will be short and sweet.
Fun facts 🥳
In March 2025 I:
- streamed on 3 out of 31 days
- was live for 6 hours and 48 minutes
- gained 1 new follower (thank you! 💜)
- played 3 games:
- Warriors Abyss
- Mullet Madjack
- Balls of Steel
Stream archive videos
I mentioned in January’s post why I am archiving all my footage. If you don’t get a chance to catch me live, where I stream in 720p, you can watch on YouTube instead at up to 1440p - it looks a bit better but you miss out on the chance to tease me while I’m playing.
Please look forward to my future broadcasts, don’t forget to follow my channel if you haven’t already - https://www.twitch.tv/pursuitofloot - and please enjoy below the archive of March’s streams.
Monday 10th March 2025
Started playing Warriors Abyss. I’m a lifelong Dynasty Warriors fan, so this roguelike spin-off intrigued me. I put a few hours in but it looks like it might be quite a grind (which I WILL come back to).
Friday 15th March 2025
Started playing Mullet Madjack. Got really hooked by the gameplay loop of constantly shooting and kicking things, accompanied by a banging synthwave soundtrack. The 80’s/90’s anime aesthetic also tickled me quite a lot. Finished the game in one sitting, although a bug at the end technically prevented me from seeing the credits 😢
Friday 22nd March 2025
Paid a visit to my old friend Balls of Steel, a classic windows pinball game from the 90’s. I only ever play the Darkside table, for nostalgic reasons, and every now and then I feel like trying to beat my personal high score.
Spoiler alert - on this occasion, I did 🥳
